Georgia Tech announced today that it admitted 17 percent of applicants to the Class of 2026.  

A total 50,601 applications were received, up 12 percent year over year.

Here's our updated list of reported overall admission rates for the Class of 2026. Results are now available for Amherst College, Boston College, Bucknell, Case Western, Colby, Colorado College, Florida State, Fordham,  Franklin & Marshall, Johns Hopkins, Macalester, MIT, Northeastern, Notre Dame, Swarthmore, University of Georgia, University of Southern California, University of Virginia, Wellesley and Williams.  Latest year application totals are available for many more.

The University of Notre Dame announced it admitted 3,412 applicants to the Class of 2026.  

A total of 26,506 applications were received, resulting in an overall admission rate of 13 percent.

Swarthmore announced today that it admitted 1,021 applicants to the Class of 2026.  

Over 14,700 applications were received this year, resulting in an overall admission rate of 7 percent.

Swarthmore anticipates an entering class size of 420 students.

A total of 16,891 applications were received this year, resulting in an overall admission rate of 7 percent.

The University of Virginia announced today that it admitted 9,522 applicants to the Class of 2026.  

A total of 50,962 applications were received, up 6 percent year over year, resulting in an overall admission rate of 19 percent.  The admission rate for residents was 28 percent vs out-of-state at 15 percent.

The University of Georgia admitted 16,600 applicants to the Class of 2026.

A total of 39,615 applications were received, resulting in an overall admission rate of 42 percent.

Johns Hopkins announced today that it admitted 1,586 applicants to the Class of 2026 under regular decision.  

Approximately 31,500 regular decision applications were received, resulting in an regular decision admission rate of 5 percent.
