Wake Forest Admits 25 Percent of Regular Decision Applicants to Class of 2021

wake forest logoWake Forest announced today that it admitted approximately 25 percent of regular decision applicants to the Class of 2021.  

In total, nearly 13,000 applications were received for early and regular decision. Roughly 38 percent of applicants were admitted from an early decision pool of nearly 2,000, while 25 percent of applicants were admitted from a regular decision pool of approximately 11,000. 

The target size for the Class of 2021 is 1,350.

Carleton Admits 20 Percent of Applicants to Class of 2021

carleton logoCarleton College announced yesterday that it admitted approximately 20 percent of applicants to the Class of 2021.  

More than 6,500 applications were received.

The target size for the Class of 2021 is 520.

University of Virginia Admits 9,957 Applicants to the Class of 2021

uva logoThe University of Virginia announced last week that it admitted 9,957 applicants to the Class of 2021.  

A total of 36,807 applications were received this year, resulting in an overall admission rate of 27 percent.

Wellesley Admits 21 Percent of Applicants to Class of 2021

Wellesley Logo 280 miniWellesley announced yesterday that it admitted 21 percent of applicants to the Class of 2021.  

More than 5,700 applications were received, up 17 percent from the previous year.

Williams Admits 1,253 Students to the Class of 2021

williams logoWilliams announced today it extended offers to 1,253 applicants for the Class of 2021.  

A total of 8,593 applications were received, resulting in an overall admission rate of 15 percent.

The target size for the Class of 2020 is 550 students.

Middlebury Admits 1,753 Students to the Class of 2021

A total of 8,910 applications were received, resulting in an overall admission rate of 20 percent.

Swarthmore Admits 960 Applicants to the Class of 2021

Swarthmore College LogoSwarthmore announced today that it admitted 960 applicants to the Class of 2020.  

A total of 9,383 applications were received this year, resulting in an overall admission rate of 10 percent.

Swarthmore anticipates an entering class size of 405 students.

Boston College Admits 9,200 Applicants to the Class of 2021

bostoncollegeBoston College announced today that it admitted 9,200 applicants to the Class of 2021.  

A total of 28,500 restrictive early action and regular decision applications were received this year, down 1 percent from last year, resulting in an overall admission rate of 32 percent.

Pomona Admits 741 Applicants to Class of 2021

Overall, 9,046 applications were received, resulting in an overall admission rate of 8.2 percent.

Johns Hopkins Admits 2,542 Regular Decision Applicants to Class of 2021

Overall, 3,133 early and regular decision applicants were admitted from a total pool of 26,578, resulting in an overall admission rate of 12 percent.

Georgetown Anticipates Admitting 15 Percent of Regular Decision Applicants to the Class of 2021

A total of 21,459 regular decision applications were received this year, up 12.4 percent from the previous year.

MIT Admits 1,438 Applicants to the Class of 2021

A total of 20,247 applications were submitted this year, resulting in an overall admission rate of 7.1 percent.

Georgia Tech Admits 23 Percent of Applicants to the Class of 2021

In total, 7,297 students were admitted from a total pool of 31,484 early action and regular decision applicants.
